me and arun bhaiya. we like to call him king awesome. he was so nice and helpful when we were talking to the people at the colony. he has worked with leprosy patients for something like seven years and treats them so well. he doesn’t mind holding their hand or being close to them. they are as willing to talk to him as he is to talk to them.
his daughter is 8, she has speech problems. he was telling me how happy he was when she finally said ‘pappa’.
when we left bihar he couldn’t come to the airport. but he said something like ‘i am very happy to meet you’. i wanted to hug him but that would be too weird in india. so i just shook his hand and told him i was happy to meet him too.
